Rwanda Rooster looks great. Happy that I bought a NGC ER MS70 graded early enough. I got it for 55 USD.

It is graded by NGC as mint error "Tapered Planchet". The coin weights 7.3g instead of 1/4 oz. Keen to see it in real, but have to wait few months when I visit USA again.

 

 

Decided to buy the Queen's Beast Lion 1/4 gold error coin (planchet and weight error). Will see how it looks like in real and if I want to keep it. My first error coin. Maybe a start or end. ;-) 

I would like to buy my first error coin, the queen's beast lion silver. Someone knows a realistic price for a graded one where the die error is mentioned (obverse struck thru)? Also for the 1/4 gold version? Thanks.

You looked at the wrong database coin at PCGS.

Possible reason why there are more PCGS 70 is that Apmex could sort out sets for First Strike and sold them.

What a lovely Mickey coin. Some dealers offer it cheaper than issue price. Still looking for the 5 oz and 1 oz silver coins. The 5 oz silver has different motives of Mickey through the ages, but I don't know why silver coins are so hard to find.

I have relatives in the US, so they keep for me the coins I bought in the US. It is much cheaper than sending internationally. Most US dealers offer free domestic shipping and very often they have ridiculous high international shipping costs or they use ebay's global shipping program with taxes even for gold coins. I visit my relatives very often, so it's not a problem for me to wait a bit.

Queen's beast silver and Darth Vader. I think just 11 USD more for a graded beast compare to the cheapest raw version at the moment USD46.30, that's okay for me. but won't pay the price for a MS70 version.

Yeah. I'm very happy. But not sure if there will be a 1/4 proof version. Tempting to buy more ungraded pieces. I like the design and size very much.

after one year I could buy this 5oz silver coin "Chinese ancient mythical creatures" cheaper than issue price. Also bought the 1oz version. the 5oz coin is my favorite high relief coin now. :-)

Already received it last week. Just want to show how beautiful this coin is. One of my favorite high relief coin.
