I wouldn't worry.  If the order is in your account page you should get it soonish.  RM can sometimes take a few days before they send items out.

This is why the Queen’s Beasts Completer coins were such a mess. Over milked and it spilt everywhere. Plus, the staff were working overtime to milk the cows that they were shaving at work and so their stubble got into the milk.

I doubt the next Great Engravers coin is released next Monday

So, the dust has settled. Let's discuss the elephant in the room.
Let's say you go to a theme park and queue for a ride. It's 8:30, but the ride doesn't open until 9am. Not to worry, you join the pre-queue herd that are stood at the lane entrance. But wait, what's this? A gap in the fence that you can walk straight through and down the queuing lane. The issue lies with what happens next. You get to the boarding platform and are met with more staff, the ones that strap you in and hit the "go" button. They know the ride is closed and you shouldn't be there. 
If you could excuse my long winded analogy, what do RM do from here? If they fulfil the pre 9am orders, they will be making a mockery of their Queue-it system. If demand is/was as high as believed, do they re-arrange the timing of orders? Or even cancel the early orders and put them back up for sale? Or let you all go flying past the pre-queue cheering and shouting " so long, suckers" at 60mph...
For the record, I wish everyone well. I am not trying to think spitefully. I hope you all get what you were after. Personally, my interest was in the 3-coin set which I have ordered from Chards. I may have to wait a few days longer possibly, but I believe Chards guarantee their orders to be fulfilled, and they were £30 cheaper. I say that just to highlight I have no interest in seeing peoples orders cancelled. I'm just genuinely intrigued by how RM deal with this. Good luck all...
