  1. “Often 0%” it says. I guess it depends what you are consigning
  2. I believe all the gold on earth was made due to a star supanova and then all the dust particles forming into planets 🪐 etc. It can be made but in very small amounts and at high cost per milligram. A weird but nice feeling when you wear part of a dead star on your finger 💍
  3. https://www.wtamu.edu/~cbaird/sq/mobile/2014/05/02/can-gold-be-created-from-other-elements/ Couldn’t find the article about Russia but I read about that 5 years ago at least
  4. https://www.cnet.com/culture/bling-researchers-create-24k-gold-in-the-lab/
  5. I’m ”hear” the Russians managed to do it but the cost involved in the alchemy cost more than the price of gold itself and it took a long time to get a decent amount made. But like any process if they can make it more efficient over the years maybe it will affect bullion prices. Older coins and sovereigns could do well in the future as they I’ll be guaranteed as real gold and no chance of mock gold being used due to them being pre-fake good times. Old slabbed (any lower grade) Sovereigns is something I’m buying more of.
  6. Good point we will just have to wait and see. Is it 4-5 coins each year? I know the US mint did the 5oz Silver Homesteads etc (can’t remember the proper name of the series) but that seemed to go on for a few years 🤔 Maybe they will reduce the number of releases each year and spread it out over 8 years instead if they can’t cope with the minting etc. I wonder if they are expanding their minting equipment, packaging department etc. I think they need to the logistics don’t seem to be doing well at all
  7. Haven’t even got my 1st coin 1oz I ordered yet 🤦‍♂️
  8. £10k mint price maybe worth £16k to someone
  9. None left at the mint. All pre-sold to the Elite buyers of which I’m not. 😢
  10. Unless he photoshopped a load of Brits with his name and the date on top of it 😂
  11. They kept the release quiet 🤫 and then might be slow dropping stock later in the day for all time zones etc. probably sick of all the queue moaning
  12. I think the 1/4oz platinum is back in stock x 1. Be quick!
  13. Got the low mintage 1/4iz platinum (again). Usually a good bet.
  14. I got it. Must be an age thing 😂
  15. Plus most countries are also in Debt, so even with no gold, probably in a better position. 😂
  16. Most of us on here have more physical gold than most countries 👍🏻 😂 Yes keep stacking everyone!!
  17. Hasn’t it been 30 days since the release? Are these more likely to be returns added back into stock after flippers unable to sell?
  18. Had great success with this method. 👍🏻
  19. Code for, “we are getting battered by day trading so we’ve locked up!” Might be worth picking up the phone and calling them! Very 20th Century but effective 😉
  20. I wanted to try it too!! Easier than holding and selling and posting etc and should be safer but what they say and what they do are two different things at Royal Mint
  21. “If you don’t hold it you don’t own it.” Now will people see the truth behind this old statement? It will be due to the fluctuations at the moment up and down and to stop people using the euro account like a day trader. I’m sure it’s fine but it’s an issue if you need the money 😞
