This coin is amazing, unique design. So nice, that the german customs didn't wanted to send it to me for some days.  Reminds me the design of the Una bars. Hopefully they continue the 2 OZ Proofs with fantastic Designs.  The 1 OZ came couple of weeks ago from the RM.

Picked this set up from @ChardsCoinandBullionDealer. I’m currently collecting the 1oz special reverse gold Britannia years in bullion grade but when it came to the 2005 it was proving rather difficult to find. With the help of @Roy (thanks!) I discovered that there were in fact no bullion gold Britannia’s issued by the Royal Mint in 2005, just the proof and it was a special reverse design year. The 1/4 and 1/10 proofs were made available individually but the 1/2 and 1oz were only available in the set, 1439 made so I took the plunge! Think I’ll have them graded and see how they get on

Joining the crowd and getting hold of a new Greyhound.  Say what you like about the QB range, they are really VERY satisfying coins to own.  The detailing of the minting and the chunky 2oz thickness make this a thing of joy!  Thanks to @ChardsCoinandBullionDealer.  I do need to get myself a "feeler" QB just to keep in my pocket....

My chards delivery turned up today. Very happy with the lovely dos peso. Another to the collection. Also a stunning 100 balboa proof. I was going to have it graded but after seeing the lovely presentation it comes in decided to leave as is. Thanks@ChardsCoinandBullionDealer another great buying experience

Blimey, 5kg is a proper door stop! 😄
if youre looking for best value Bairds mint maybe a better bet, the umicore bar is very nice but its at a premium and 5kg will be difficult to sell on - suggest buying 1kg bars at most. bairds are currenty listing 1kg at 433 + vat (for 5), bigger discount for 10.
if you want nice bars have a word with @ChardsCoinandBullionDealer Or check out their website, they’ve got umicore, metalor etc for a decent price
