40 year old 1.5oz 925 silver medal with a design most of you know from the 1989 sovereign 
 

UK Lunars - could not find or create a heading so maybe Admin should create a new section as pictures here relate to Australian Lunars
Series to date including the 2018 Dog
Large wooden box though - would have preferred a much slimmer box.

 

my lunars consist of 1/2 oz 2 sets of 1oz and 2oz sets

Today I received...
2017 Silver libertad proof coins. 
From 2oz to 1/20oz. 
Together with the 5oz coin from last time, now I have the whole variety of libertad silver proof coins of 2017. 

Purchased this a few days back for the Proof Quintuple, I'm collecting the changing Quintuple dates. Wonderful coins!

In planning for the completion of my EVII Sixpences (1902 - 1910), I've been on the look out for good examples of the harder to find rare 1904 and scarce 1905.  I was able to talk the seller down on this nice example of the 1904 6P in pretty decent condition based on general availability and the condition of those I have seen for sale.

Really stoked about this purchase...
A beautiful 1902 Half Crown

The grey-scale toning on this 1900 Florin's reverse is mesmerizing.

The other elusive EVII Sixpence, the 1905, in good condition with an even gunmetal tone.

The UK silver proof Remembrance £5 coin.

I like this one - 1/4 oz reverse proof Maple Leaf, 2003 effigy.
 

35 Edward sovs to get the run started, this part will be easy. 95% of coins are in extremely good grade which makes things a lot easier also!


 

Now that I've got a few mins.  Yesterday's slabs.
2017 Pristrucci 3 coin set, Strike on the Day and BU 5 Sov all came back 70.
2005 Australian Sov was originally treated as bullion so 69 or less was expected.  The centennial Bi-Met Sov got a low grade due to the milk spotting on the silver.
Pleased with the 70 on the £1 and the £2 was as expected.  The coins from that set were not mint.
All the 1/10 China Lunars came back 70 so happy with those.

Another half kilo of .500 silver coin for spot, including 'free' special delivery.

The seller was doing bit by bit on ebay, and they were generally going for spot plus postage on top.
After happy receipt of the first batch of combined buys, I proposed they sell again to me at spot in bulk to save themselves shipping every which way to smaller buyers.
They started with half a kilo, but will probably send me more next time.
It never hurts to ask sellers for a deal.  Especially as a returning customer.

The postman brought me this today 1998 1oz bu silver libertad only need one now to complete the date run ?the specks are in the protective package but just a little nic above pura

First bi-metallic coin for me. Silver proof Jane Austin £2 coin. Quite happy with it in fairness.

A solitary 2oz silver Queens beast Unicorn from Atkinsons. Not much buying for me this month as my wife wants all spare money spent on our granddaughter (who will probably get my stash of metal in the end anyway)

1982 pf70 ultra cameo and a philip (capsule ala krugerrand farce, so this will be getting graded just to keep it safe from harm) Useless rm, what are they thinking....a  no screw in lazily sitting cap....on a proof coin....bonkers.

The beasts so far, just waiting on the Unicorn to arrive next week
