Essentially just a reminder that I order too much stuff!

Received this 2004 Proof Half Sovereign today which was still sealed 14 years on from being minted.  I promptly liberated it from its packaging.  I personally prefer the overall presentation of the Proof 2000 through to 2007 Sovereigns and half Sovereigns, than the later and preceding presentation. 




 

The cabal have kept gold and silver in a price range since 2014, gold between - 1350/1050.
At the time price went down to 1050, Goldman Sachs was advising clients to short gold and making out it would go to 800. At the same time they were loading up on gold as was China, Russia and the remaining nations not in the asylum.

Today I received a small sheet of 1 oz Gold pandas from year 2006 in OMP.

Not a bad wee haul on the way home from work.  From £40 of £2 coins and £60 of 50 pences.  Quite a few i didn't have. Rubbish photo, sorry.
 
 

Slow but steady stack here. Maybe 8ish years of buying on and off. I sold lots of my generics a few years back and have been replacing them over the past year with Brits. 
Edit to add: This is just my silver, the other stuff is harder to dig out atm.

A teeny 1929 quarter eagle, a tad smaller then a half sovereign. Bought from ebay, took a chance on some dodgy photo's and pleasantly surprised at the condition for a near 90 year old coin.

What a shame lovely looking coin. Its such a shame that silver coin.s do this its one of the things that made me give up on silver and go for gold sovereign.s 

1904 $20 Liberty Head Double Eagle. Very pleased with the condition.

Hello, received quite a few coins this week. The last package was from an Australain eBay seller and included the proof 2002 1/2 sovereign, 1990 silver £1 proof coin, the 1995 £2 2nd world war silver proof and the 1986 U.K. BU coin collection. A bit of a mixed bag and was really only after the 1/2 sovereign but the others are nice looking coins. 

I am a sucker for 2002 and 2005 sovereigns ?
