Have a look at the pocket piece thread (dunno how to send link). My #1 has a pre 1920s half crown, I always find it lying around but just pop it back in the same place in his bedroom. He is 5, doesn't speak either, very boisterous. He has had quite a few visits to Great Ormond Street and every time he comes out I get a Peter rabbit proof (only time I spend over the odds for silver). I am looking forward to the Harry potter one's coming out to keep the tradition going. Problem I have I'd my #2 never gets ill or goes to hospital so has nothing, need to think of a way to even things out a little.

Bought my very first coin on Thursday and have just received it. The first of many, and to say I’m happy is an understatement. 😁

They've changed the law that puts the risk on the customer (i.e. they could be shaken down for Employer's NI) and put it back onto the contractor.
About 2016 they upped the dividend tax for contracting through limited companies.  I'm just lamenting that it would be nice if the brought it back to pre-2016 rates, but I doubt that will happen.
All it means is that the public sector, as well as anybody else dependent on contractors to hire competent I.T. staff, will continue to pay even more through the nose for the privilege, or be forced to turn to offshore firms to run their I.T.

Now, if they would go the whole hog, punt IR35 completely and bring the dividend tax down to pre-2016 levels I'd be ever so happy, as would much of the rest of the I.T. industry, not to mention its customers.
However, as Rishi Sunak's missus is heir to a big outsourcing firm I doubt that's going to happen.

Well, if someone tries to nick it from you, you can always just scone them with it.  I carry Thinkpads.
