Out of interest, when sending in two packs is it best to take two payments? If royal mail limit is 2.5k and you need to make a claim, they may want to see proof of payment, and if they see over 2.5k, perhaps they can reject a claim? 

I could be wrong but thought I'd mention. I'm sure the likes of @James32 is used to dealing with transactions this size and will know!

It's my usual email account, but I cannot send new messages. Just says "Inbox Full. Upgrade to Premium membership" (but paid my usual Platinum direct debit yesterday - it wasn't late or anything - perhaps their system hasn't seen the payment and it auto deactivated the account or something).

My inbox is full because my Platinum membership has disappeared (meaning I can't send new emails unless I delete all my emails which I don't want to do).

I've messaged @ChrisSilver via an old email (as can't create new) yesterday but not sure if it sent due to the inbox being considered full during Platinum deactivation (email has not been read yet, but it was yesterday evening, hence it's not working hours yet). 

Hopefully Chris or @AdminSupportwill see this comment if email didn't go through.
