This is super sad to read.
I hope we can effect some changes but the reality is they don't care

When I first started collecting I fell foul of the RM, canny salesperson quickly spotted I was a newbie. Subsequently I have some nice old coins in tidy packaging with an SOA and warnings never to open lest the sophisticated grading EF is contaminated.
The premium to comparative coins I’ve seen on TSF hurts like hell.
Caveat Emptor foff they are exploiting trust and debasing the institution.
Fortunately having laughed at subsequent attempts to fleece me with what’s best described as s*** they leave me alone.
I wish you all the best in your endeavours. I hope the recipient of your complaint can read.

I think it will be Cristian da Cuhna’s version of Megan Markle on the throne with Harry on a lead. You’ve heard it here first.

NGL £284 for 2oz of Silver is a hefty price tag!
Wont even be opening the packaging box to look at it! This stays sealed and I either pick one up on secondary in a few years if price tanks for myself or just pass this one down to one of the kids with a never open clause!
Im sure at some point in the bloodline it will be passed on to someone to young and grubb, sticky hands will be all over it and then subsequently sold to a bullion dealer for £50 🤣

Today is a day of (almost) rejoicing.
After 69 😉 days since ordering, my bars have arrived.
Not actually the ones I ordered, but Brit bars instead.  🙄
Not sure I care enough to send them back now.
Most importantly, I got my free 50p.

When you get old you’ll appreciate the bigger coins
easier to see the detail of the designs and find  them
that is of course if you can remember where you put them in the first place
