I decided to bite the bullet and buy a 2 oz. silver Henry VII.  Since the 2 oz. has seemed easier to obtain than the 1 oz., I will consider collecting the rest of the series in 2 oz. (which is my preference).  In the meantime, I will have the 1 oz. and 2 oz. with a month to decide which way i want to go with this.
My 2 oz. arrived this weekend, and it is absolutely fantastic!  Love the box it comes in.  The King Henry portrait almost looks more BU as opposed to proof (like the obverse), which is absolutely perfect and was my wish.  I don't think they had proof coins back in the time of Henry VII!   This coin is a real winner, and I look forward to seeing the next coin in the series.  Hope it won't be so stressful to order.

The coins I buy are only for me.  Never sold a coin and probably never will.  That's for my heirs to decide.

Yes, but from a dealer.  I will rarely deal with the RM anymore.  I don't need the stress and headaches.

Nothing is guaranteed when dealing with the RM.  Last year, I ordered a coin way before it sold out, paid for it, and received the confirmation.  Then, a couple weeks later, I got the dreaded e-mail that my order was canceled because it was sold out.  They cover their arses by saying that your order is subject to availability.  This is why I do not trust the RM and prefer a guaranteed purchase from a dealer.  More of a sure thing, even if it costs more.

Is the RM totally crazy?  Two big releases on Monday with queues?  The queues will bump and cross over into each other?  The web site will be clogged and the phone lines will burn up.  Oh, what a delightfully grand day Monday will be!!
