Looking at your other thread I see you are looking for a handful of pre 20s coins. 
Your options are probably here, eBay, auction house or visit a coin shop. 
Here or eBay are your best bet as auctions and shops are too pricey. There are scammers on eBay but I've never been done when buying this type of silver. Here it has happened but word spreads like wildfire to the point of hunting them down and to be honest I can't see anyone risking it for a relatively small amount. 
My preference is eBay but on because you can see the coin you are actually bidding on, on here they generally sell by the weight but occasionally you do see some. 
Edit.... Just to clarify, I have never been scammed on here either.

If you already have strong eBay buyer-seller f/back I would not concern yourself with that, and I must emphasise no disrespect to BYB whatsoever, but not long back, I dumped 5 Gold Krugs (as not CGT free) in one weekend at very considerably over cost and also well over spot on ebay [as I had done nothing for so long I got a £1.00 seller fee offer] and because:
a) I decided to reinvigorate my lagging seller f/back as back up insurance and low selling gold selling premiums here. b) It's getting harder to dump gold at 1-1.5% over spot, even here  - now at least - BYB buyers are rarely members and may know little about spot, maybe - plus he works very hard at building his buyer base - kudos for that BTW.. Just keep copies of any purchases, as I had to send proof of purchase to ebay, as an £8k payout on a pretty dormant a/c flagged their system.
I convert my purchase pm trail, bank transfer and listing into PDF files if that helps - suggest you consider that, fast & simple instand records complete in PDF and pre-populated with coin detail, date/s and names.

This is sad harsh truth and probably more adverse impacts on forums growth in long term.
Particularly concerning is this narrative of trusting reputation points (engagement,likes etc) 
more points doesn't make someone more honourable does it? To me, it shows they prioritise engaging on the forum more than others

Great news. Do you know if they managed to actually recover it from the scammer's account?
(Not to be a downer but I also hope this stuff doesn't make it harder to use bank transfers for bullion trades, given @BackyardBullion's recent experiences.)

The worse thing about this is that anyone can view all of this without being signed in. 
The word trust is used a lot around here but you all still have to do you own due diligence and try not become a target. I think about the information I have put on here and it makes me reluctant to purchase because of it.

1 1/2 hours it took me to open a metro account a couple of years back. This was in a branch with a folder full of documents. 
When I opened a revolut account i did it on the toilet before my legs went numb. 
Really easy, maybe too easy but convenient if you don't trust the internet.

There is another reason I am aware of for sellers not to interact and that is to reduce the amount of alerts it generates for anyone following them.  I was told a few months ago by a member that had followed me that they had unfollowed me because of the amount of notifications they were getting when I was commenting on posts.  I considered this and decided that given I sell only a few bits here and there I didn't care, but for people who's main reason for using the forum is selling, it is a consideration.
