All of that stuff is based on observable and measurable data, yet it is still speculative.
The guesstimates of how much silver is left on earth is based on the we have discovered to date. Without a full geological survey of the globe, with technology we don't have yet, all the way down to the core, how are we meant to know how much there is.
Remember that the way they test for gold and oil in lots of places is still with a drill rig.
Silver is regularly found as a by-product from other mining activities(ie gold and i think copper ect). Places will have higher yields than others. Not everywhere has been surveyed and to what depth is a different question all together.

The surface of the sun can be observed, silver deposits cannot. You can speculate but not know 100%, also how much is reasonable to get to, if there's stuff at the bottom mariana trench then forget about it for now.

If it were to consolidate around £21 when all is said and done that wouldn't be a bad place for all the longs. 10% up over a couple days from last week. The existing silver holders would be very pleased.
