It really depends. Anything AU/MS you are looking over 1K but you can find them between 700~800 dollars

1880 is the key date of the series and if real is worth a pretty penny.

Thank you for this, I was after more information on these as I recently picked up this 1880 across here in the UK simply because I liked the coin and it was a bit different to what I normally collect. It is currently at grade. If I understand correctly the mintages were quite tiny on all of these.

Nice coin, the obverse reminds me of the Australian sovereign issues from the Sydney branch mint.

Before 1949, Newfoundland was an colony of the British Empire independent of the Dominion of Canada. As a result of that, Newfoundland issued their own unique coinage system. The highest denomination of the Newfoundland coinage was a 2 dollar gold coin issued between 1865 till 1888. While less than 100,000 coins were minted throughout the whole series they were widely used throughout Newfoundland and Eastern Canada until the collapse of the Newfoundland banking system of 1894 and later WW1 which resulted in many being melted down. 44
The coin I own is a 1882 H 2 dollar gold, while it has the highest mintage of 25,000. It is also the only Heaton Mint 2 Dollar gold and one of the few gold coins issued by the famous mint.

Something a little different from my sovereign collection arrived today.
This 1918 Canadian George V 50 Cent coin, .925 silver with some nice toning for its 103 year age.

Nice couple of little items received the other week, 
some gold 1/2 grain cards from the USA with thanks to @Jamesd ill gift a couple to my nephew to hopefully give him the gold bug,
and a awesome 1889 gothic florin with thanks to @DuncanWylieWilson 

Not received today but a few days ago but as @DuncanWylieWilson  was mentioned earlier he gets some lovely coins. These are particularly good

Also received today was this rather nice 1821 George IIII Crown with 200 years of history!!
Alao a 1937 George VI Coronation Crown with some nice toning.
