Managed to pick up yet another great priced 999.9 1/4oz from @morezone
This time it was the beautiful 2018 Gold Standard! It gets to keep my 2019 & 2020 Gold Standard company in the stack 😁
I also picked 5 of the T22 ringed airtites which make the quarter ouncers absolutely pop!

Posted this in a Britannia thread and thought I’d posted it here also. These are all the special 1 year only designs in 1oz gold bullion I have managed to collect (no bullion gold Britannia’s were minted in 2005 so I got the proof). @Abyss and @Stuntman were the people that inspired me to collect these (thank you). Not sure if I’ll continue however I’m hoping the RM will do a special for the jubilee in platinum. Would be a nice full stop!

Picked this up on the forum a while back and had it graded. I know there has been a lot of scepticism about the 323 mintage number that was published in the latest Marsh Gold Sovereign book but whether its 323 or 650 its still one of the lowest sovereign mintages ever. Now managed to collect the most significant SOTD coins (in my humble opinion). Next years one could also be a good one with the special reverse

Some purchases from the last couple of weeks.  Took advantage of the dip to buy some gold, and purchased some coins for my U.S. Type Set.
1834 Classic Head Half Cent, 1851 Braided Hair Large Cent, 1909 VDB Lincoln Cent, 1851 Silver 3 Cent Type 1, 1873 Nickel 3 Cent, 1875-S Seated Liberty Twenty Cent, and an 1855-O Seated Liberty Half Dollar with Arrows.

This is more a @SilverMike appreciation post than anything. Massive shout out for your help in getting this one into my long term collection and getting it graded in a P(er)F(ect)70. Such a great coin

Nice! Literally just got home to see the 2 that I sent. Got a 65 EPQ and was lucky enough to get a 66 EPQ. Going to keep them as a reminder of the silent killer that is inflation can do to my hard earned fiat currency which isn’t worth anything in the 1st place 😩

Sent this off to NGC to have the obverse facing the front. Think it looks much better this way around. Most definitely in my collection for the long term 😊

Funny story. Came home late last night and was dying for a wizz. Run in my bathroom to find this absolute beauty on the seat. The postman decided to chuck it through the window 🙄. Lucky the seat wasn’t up 😂

Chuffed with these! Got a few silvers in PF70 (wanted to make sure I got at least 1 ☺️) so I’ll probably post them for sale soon
