    For some time, I have been looking for a nice box to hold my QB collection but could not find one that would hold 55mm capsules. I looked everywhere but no joy.
    A member on this forum pointed me to Jon Ramsey at Ace Bullion. Jon, very kindly designed and produced a box with two layers to hold the ten coins and the Completer. Each layer and lid is held together using magnets.
    Although designed for eleven coins it could easily be modified to accommodate many more using multiple levels.

    I will be getting my extra 10.1% extra next week. I still enjoy working and just get my wages paid direct into my partner's bank account, I never see it, I don't need it. So, although my state pension has increased, my tax code has decreased to S85L rather than the standard S1257L. This upsets my better half as I get a pay increase and she gets a pay decrease 🙂

    Just read an article by arch ramper, though very knowledgeable, Keith Neumeyer who reckons that silver mines and processors will be bought up by EV manufacturers in order to secure supplies and to improve margins. Apparently, a Tesla car has a kilo of silver in it. Over time, he reckons that the restricted supply will result in a $150 per ounce price.

    For the sake of public decency it might be best to discontinue the coins after Charles passes and William ascends the throne. I am not going to ask for a one ounce Willie.

    Copper is very cool and I can understand why people may want a few bricks/rounds of it as part of a collection of sorts. As a cash making idea though on an individual, non-commercial level it doesn't really pan out unless you;
    -Buy a tipper-back van/small truck
    -Drive around 5-7 days a week yelling "ramalabugduhANY 'OL IRONab7hdalaga", legitimately collecting and/or stealing old cable/electrical equipment etc
    -Wear a dirty hi viz so you look all official and stuff
    -Drop your load at the nearest weigh bridge equipped scrap yard, preferably one that isn't fussed with doing paperwork
    It is possible to make a fairly reasonable amount of cash-monies doing this, especially if you don't spend anything on vehicle maintenance, insurance etc and only pay your tag-alongs £20 a day.
    Some have the bright idea of burning off insulate and the like to generate 'clean' scrap copper. This rarely works in an incinerator bin and causes severe health issues for you and your neighbours.

    {I do hope this isn't taken as serious advice and/or as a scathing commentary on scrap collection specialists. Please address your complaints to my complaints address listed below if this is the case}

    The economic theory is sound enough but paper silver equates to fiat money, it bears no relationship to fundamentals and dilutes the underlying asset.
