There is a section of the forum to buy sell and trade, you could take some photos and post with the price you would like. (there is a 'quickstart' guide to help) You could sell to a dealer, give them a call or if you go to their websites then they often have a 'sell to us' section and may list the price of the coin you have that they will pay. Alternatively you might have a 'we buy gold' or pawn shop locally. In my experience you're likely to get more money in your pocket from the forum, second via a main dealer and the least money returned form the 3rd option, you can always ask and if not happy with the price offered then keep your gold.

If you're unsure about the current price you could buy one of the coins you mentioned at a time to spread the purchases out over a time frame that suits? Whatever helps you sleep sound at night

I will continue to buy. My first sovs were in the £230s. Sure it seems 'expensive' buying now when you look at the price but I stick to my strategy of accumulating on the dips and measuring my holdings in pounds. Lbs not £ 😉

Thanks for the input folks. Makes sense. I feel more comfortable buying bullion. I can take the weight and purity and work out the intrinsic value with spot. Like buying a property I guess. You can find the area and plot size of houses in the area and their rental figures or sold prices along with condition but if one has the "x factor' of a unique view or something that will add an amount that the market decides at the time 👍🏽
