Hello Forum members!

How much would you pay today to get your hands on a 2017 gold proof sovereign?

I have the The Gold Sovereign (2021 edn.) by M.A. Marsh (Rev. by Steve Hill) and I think they were putting this coin at around £1000.

Cheers,

fmadmarq

I was just about to say, it sounds like you have one you are trying to sell...

oh buggar just sold mine in pf70 for 1050. se la vie

But is transpires you have already sold it, before you asked, and for some reason regret not getting a better price, even though it seems you got the market price.

C'est la vie!

Most of the people who buy on ebay are stupid. Possibly, I couldn't comment.

Most of the sellers are dodgy! I'm sure there are many members here who would object to that comment, but I'm equally sure they (we) wouldn't make up the majority of all Ebay sellers, so I guess you've got away with it on a technicality 😁

You are jumbling up your quotes and responses.

There is nothing to "get away with!
