Until he passes away (which to be fair could be soon as he isn't exactly young) ALL new sovereigns will have Charles on them once the last Queen Elizabeth ones are gone.

I don't pretend to know a huge amount, and Mr C has no doubt forgotten more than I will know but bullion coins are produced on and off through the year. Having said that if you want a 2023 bullion coin don't leave it 'til say November/ December as they will be thinking about releasing 2024 coins.

Proof coins are a different matter. They will be a limited quantity and sell out pretty quickly. So keep your ear to the ground otherwise you may miss the opportunity.

Sorry for the confusion. I went back and looked at my original post in this topic. It seems that I didn't include the word proof coins. 

I understand that Charles bullion sovereigns will be pretty much unlimited like most for the year.

I thought the mint was trying to pull another unlimited proof run like the first Charles proofs with the 2023 proof sovereigns if that makes sense. 🙂
