ATS bullion

Might not be the right forum, however  today reveived my first order from ATM bullion and one Swiss Franc is missing from my order, Has anyone had a similar issue? Dropped them an email as they were closed. Package didn't look tampered with .

Only dealt with them once - in person at their Bricks and Mortar shop.   They were very good to deal with.  
 

I strongly suspect this will get sorted out.

Grand , good to know interestingly which I thought strange there was a chocolate in the small box , which is the same weight as the coin approx , not sure if they normally provide a chocolate ?

Dealt with them several times and they have always been very pleasant.

Once they didn't have the coin I had ordered due to a mix up but they offered me another coin which was better than the one I ordered.

I always got a choccie too. 😀

I've dealt with them a number of times and always found them to be professional and usually worth phoning to fix your price; I saved £2/oz on one occasion for a tube nobody else even had in stock.

The downide however, on Silver, they don't orerate a margin scheme, so the wretched VAT comes into the equasion -so, as ever, do a comparison.

Dealt with them over dozen times in past decade always next day reliable and good service. Never ever had to call email them For anything. Sure they'll sort it. Chocolate coins are standard treats from them and Atkinson's to

Thanks folks they have emailed back and will check the CCTV and stock tomorrow, never had any issues with chards, Atkinson's and Hatton gardens or royal mint before to be fair.

All sorted they found 1 excess coin in their stock, sending out special delivery , even the big guns can make mistakes.

I just found this thread.  I have bought from ATS Bullion about 8 times in the last 10 years some small and some larger purchases they have always been very good.

i like ATS, i had bought from them in 2018 and was happy with their service and their no-nonsense website. I'm glad that it worked out !
