i think the real problem with royal mint is that, when they see the coins is doing good in secondary market, they will flood the market with A LOT more mintage , sometimes with new design, the end result is not many people it because they will lose money or less collectiable

MY TOTAL FORUM TRADE FEEDBACK IS 100 AND IT IS 100%

They should just leave it as it is, by the 10th coin of the second series it'd be like flogging a dead horse.

There must be so many talented artists in the Royal Mint they should be able to come up with a quality idea for a new series.

More like flogging a dead monarch!

Thats if the Queen would survive a second series. It would take her past her 100th birthday

The Queen Mother didn't do too badly on that score!

I think I'd prefer to see a bullion range of the Great Engravers series once it's complete, if they want to go down the route of re-hashing pre-existing coin series.

"When Her Majesty The Queen was crowned on 2 June 1953, ten statues were created to form a guard of honour at the entrance to Westminster Abbey."

...so where would beasts #11, #12, #13, etc. come from?

It'd be the same 10 beasts but done all over again, just like Perth mints Lunar series 1, 2, 3 … million.

Lunar series has been done many times with the same subject matter many times before and with many countries and mints presently running series.

This shows that a reamagined series 2 of the queens beasts could happen.

The only differences are the lunar cycle means we are always in a year of the ????? and will buyers, flippers and collectors have the stomach for another 10 coin series from the royal mint!

Like @kimchi says it will more than likely be a series of beasts on the 50ps its been done on every other size coin except the 10p 5p 2p &1p 😂

The 50p Beasts will give the Mint plenty of scope for variations in BU and proofs , in every type of metal you can think of 🙈
