Concern about an escalation in the war with the pro-Russian Slovak PM in an assassination attempt. Potentially not great news from da FED, so several things

Oo'err.... I knew none of this. Thanks for the update, much appreciated 😊

Take more than an assassination attempt on a third rate European leader to really effect silver … or gold prices…🤔

I'd like to think so but it's all a powder keg and everyone is on tenterhooks. Over reaction is par for the course nowadays

If you're talking nominal - i.e. not inflation-adjusted, and in GBP, then it was in 2011 and that peak is higher than the Hunt Bros in the 80s due to the depreciation of Sterling vs Disney Dollars:

1980 ($49.45) was the peak in USD but 2011 was close:

Inflation-adjusted figures are a totally different ball game

Seriously,  if there is a stacker here from 2014-15 who held all their silver til now, how much are you up? Percentage or dollar terms. PM if you'd prefer.

I think I made a big mistake.

I had a load of silver in BullionVault from then. Sold it all last year to use as the deposit for the house. Was up 55%, that was around £19.90 or so an ounce.  So would have been a shed load more by now. But needs must and all that.
