Never got one of that value but if I could afford it I'd like to think I could give it a grand child in the future for a 21st birthday present,like I said if I could afford it.(That's if I ever have a 21 year old grand child)

Hi folks I ordered two €50 100 Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Irish Republic gold coins last Monday 8/6/2020 and was quite surprised when I got delivery I hour ago. The booklet enclosed relates to a short history of the Irish struggle for freedom is numbered 4954 which I take there are 506 gold coins remaining.  Hope this will allay any fears one might have. Fabulous coin and presentation think ill order some more.

I got a few... some are around 4800

And around 5250 

I'd say it's just a case of picking off a pile.

Yeah,the 100 Euro sold out on the day,I've seen a photo of outside the Bank  on that day and a long line of a Q.

I suspect that someone at the mint finally noticed they're selling below melt and pulled the plug.... too bad.

I think they would have stopped it after the first few days of high volume selling.

My guess is they are really out of stock, as there are a lot of forum members that bought multiple coins.

I only bought 6 of them, as I was hoping for a drop in spot price. I wanted to get a 2020 1oz britannia at around the same price as 4 of these, but no such luck.

Until Tuesday, when I finally pulled the trigger on them, I was checking multiple times a day that there were at least 100 in stock... just to not miss out 

Let's just hope they arrive

Yikes went back as was considering buying more given spot movement, but saw they were all gone! After selling only about 50-70 in like 2 weeks after the deal was spotted to over 300 going mega rapid!

Me too,I huffed and puffed but I was only aware of them because of this thread.

went to look for card to order some more
15 minutes later none left

 I wonder if we'll see them pop up on a dealer site sometime soon. I imagine it would be a simple choice to buy them out for a big dealer and resell at a 10%-20% margin most likely.
