I ordered one of the 1/40 oz. gold coins.  If I get tired of it, I'll just give it to my dentist to fill any small cavity I have.

It’s nice, but I wonder why they didn’t go for a slightly larger coin to sell like this, such as the 1/20 or 1/10 so as to make it easier and nicer to look at, yet still stay affordable?

Quite a few items which were previously sold out seem to be back in stock at the Royal Mint.

I finally wrote a formal complaint letter with email copies and sent it all the way from Canada to Anne Jessopp.
The Royal Mint shipping team and customers services team are very bad, they messed up my 2023 Britannia Proof order which I placed on March 8th, it does not show up on my order history at all, the only proof I have is the email confirmation which I got on that day.
I emailed all the managers at the Royal Mint (I know 2 by name), and they could not resolve the issue so far, I think both should be fired (their names were sent to Anne Jessopp).
Here is the latest miserable auto-reply from the customer service department for a followup email I sent yesterday! They are working on emails from March 7th! Really!!!! Like Really!!!! I'm shocked by that auto-reply!!! They are just good at spamming us with so many releases and they cannot take care of their customers! 😔

It doesn't have the same grace and elegance of the 2014 proof Britannia. This one of mine is pending NGC grading.

I think the Royal Mint needs to lower their prices. We are in a recession and they need to wake up from their coma and realize this!

My RM thought that the coin would sell out in minutes like the previous releases. How wrong she was! Maybe this is a wake up call for the Royal Mint?

Managed to get the 2 ounce silver - easy compared to my previous experiences!

The clean edges and tidy writing are just like those of any other modern coin. The beauty of the original inscription’s stylistic font and design aesthetic have been completely lost.
If the RM hadn’t slapped the “Great Engravers” tag on this release, I highly doubt anyone would really care about it.

For the last couple of releases, the amount was showing pending on few of my purchases, but the money has been taken straight away for only a couple, the rest have disappeared from my transactions. Don't know on what basis they have done that!?!

I'm a nervous wreck!  I can't sleep, can't eat, and I am barely surviving on tranquilizers.  I may not make it until tomorrow.  If I do, there's a good chance I will simply collapse and miss the whole thing.  First, Charles I and now this in the same week.  My life is being shortened with each release of the Royal Mint!  😭

I've sent back my 1 and 3 coin set, so lets play the returns roulette. Waiting on a response about the substandard packaging.

Might do the same, buy the silver set and spray it gold !

Can't keep up with the releases....too many too fast.... I'm sure they sell out at Royal mint but due to their delayed delivery times, it looks like the flippers aren't buying anymore, there's always some stock of every release..... couple of years back, every coin of their releases were sold out. They need to slow down before the customers get bored of just opening their inboxes for new releases and delivery emails but not actually seeing the coin for a while.

I sign up for the email notifications - I don't get them!
I buy the coins on release day, - I don't get them. 
Praying for a nice example of a coin to turn up! - I don't get them!
But some how, they always end up with my money! When will I learn
