Help most definitely required.
Could you please give me some advice, hints, and tips, for obtaining half decent photo's to upload when I want t sell some of my coins.
I am using my i phone 6 SE, and to date have managed to take "absolute cr#p" images with brilliant reflections and no details whatsoever!!!!!
How do you guys and gals get them so good?
Grateful for any help

1853 Proof, nothing much more to say but wow!
I suspect many don't even know this rarity even exists, very very few in existence now.
Pictures (especially from phone) don't do it any justice, so I will do a 4k video at some point so others can enjoy it

On Friday received a few lots I purchased at auction plus an eBay purchase.
The ebay purchase was a 2008 British sovereign. I already have one in for grading at PCGS so will see how that turns out before deciding what to do with the new coin.
Next is a 1930 Melbourne sovereign. Melbourne was a branch mint up to 1931 so this is the 2nd last year of production. Mintage for this circulation coin was about 77,000,
Also bought the modern Perth interpretation of the sovereign, this one the 2013 proof.

How about this... say the price was at $20 for a while so plenty of people were buying in this area.
Then the price dumps.
When it gets back to $20 there may be many people selling at this price just to get their money back.
This resistance may cause difficulty for the price to get over the $20 level.

Finally had my framed "mint your own" silver proof arrive today from when I had a behind the scenes visit to the mint.
Taken while to come seen as I was there in the middle Sept.
Daughter in the pic so its not me in a dress lol.
£165 for 12g of sterling silver and a little gold plate 🙄

I've been thinking about this and my suspicion is that pretty much no matter what the outcome Sterling will recover.
Any decision may be better for Sterling than the current uncertainty.
