Few arrivals over the last couple of days;
1820 Sovereign (needs some NCS lovin' ) - love this design, to match the 2017 which is my fav coin.

And then this one is a bit of a random by - my son was sitting with me while i was bidding on some lots and said "buy that one" so i bid and won it... its a T.D.C 2012 Sov with a "satin finish" - mintage 100.
Its probably the hardest coin I've every tried to photograph... it just looks like a blank coin

However under a loupe with a light it has a fantastic sparkly finish and lovely detail... just hard to see normally.

Please welcome an arrival from Australia... a rare 1862 Sydney Mint half sovereign.
She may have a tarnished background... but is still a pleasure to behold!
And from the UK, a superb example (MS61) of the 1867 full sovereign from the Sydney Mint which brings out the beauty of the Australian Victorian head type.

Couple of late arrivals ;
2005 3 Coin Set - lovely condition. Will benefit from some NCS treatment and hopefully will score well.

2012 PF70UC Sovereign - thats my 2012 set done now, so thanks @Sparrowlegs4

And this 1912 sovereign... nothing special, but in pretty good condition I think. Pics are under 30x magnification.


Came complete with this funny little pouch which I assume it was kept in for some of its life, hence it being quite a clean example i think.

Thats it now... will try and get a hawking 50p and then im done... finished... no more purchases till all my grading results are back.... well, i do have my eye on 1 or 2 more things but honestly, then thats it... no more..... *famous last words*
 

My postman wants to take early retirement.........
The group order and hand poured silver arrived safe and sound from @BackyardBullion today. The photos below for the hand poured silver don't do them justice they are truly spectacular pieces to hold in hand and a big thank you BYB for the time/energy/effort in creating them.
