Today I (virtually) received from grading an absolutely lovely Series II Lunar Mouse - one and only MS70 at NGC. 🇦🇺🐭😍 Thank you @Numistacker!

My only Morgan dollar! 

1873 Victoria Melbourne Mint St. George Reverse sovereign bought from Sovereign Rarities. Princess Alexandrina Victoria was born in 1819, crowned as Queen Victoria in 1837 when her uncle, William IV, died and reigned through a period of unprecedented change until her death in 1901. Victoria ruled for 64 years, a record only recently surpassed by Queen Elizabeth II.
DESCRIPTION
Victoria (1837-1901), gold sovereign, 1873 M, Melbourne Mint, Australia, first young filleted head left, W.W. raised and buried in truncation for engraver William Wyon, mint mark M below, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, VICTORIA D:G:BRITANNIAR:REG:F:D: (“Victoria, by the Grace of God, Queen of the Britons, Defender of the Faith”), rev. struck with inverted die axis, St. George on horseback slaying dragon with sword right, plumed helmet, horse with long tail, ending in three strands, with one spur higher up at curve, broken lance on ground-line to left, tiny WWP raised under lance for Master of the Mint, William Wellesley Pole, date in exergue, tiny B.P. raised in upper right of exergue for engraver Benedetto Pistrucci, edge milled, weight 8.00g (Bentley 760; Marsh 95; M.C.E. 536; S.3857). Lightly toned, with proof-like underlying brilliance, lightly bag-marked, otherwise pleasing good extremely fine. Ex Randy Weir Numismatics, Unionville, Ontario, Canada, purchased 12 November 1990. Calendar year mintage 752,000 presumably all St. George reverse of which 199 went for pyx trial.

Freshly back from grading two US pre 1933 coins. One half eagle and one quarter eagle. Great grade on the 1905 but super pleased the 1913 is genuine and not details. The hunt goes on....

Very happy with the outcome of these two coins !! 😃 it took 8 weeks but totally worth it. 

Some world silvers also arrived this morning Would ordinarily be excited to receive these but was a tad overshadowed by the gold this morning 😂
Another 2.5 gulden this time with the seahorse privy mark- these really are some of the best looking (and biggest) world silvers out there.
Lovely Edward VII florin- one of the best British coin designs of the 20th century in my opinion.

Absolutely love this Britannia design and think it is such a clean finish and design next favourite and on the wish list is the 2001 set 😂
 

Oh, yeah, how could I have forgotten?!?! I did also receive this golden oldie numismatic, a fantastic piece of milled coinage, thanks to excellent service from Benjamin at Wessex Coins! A beautiful Gold 1766 George III Guinea in superb condition!

And we have some bits of Silver starting off with the Peter Rabbit™ 2020 UK 50p Silver Proof Coin. This only took five weeks to arrive from The Royal Mint...



My very first Kookaburra with this lovely 2016 1 Oz Silver Australian Kookaburra Perth Mint (BU)...


We also have added five 2018 1 oz Russian Silver Saint George Coin (BU). These look truly bullion quality, but with an enjoyable St. George and the Dragon design .


 


 
Also, picked up a sister series of the Chinese restrikes, with five 2020 China 1 oz Silver Shih Kai "Flying Dragon" Restrike (PU). This could probably have easily been incorporated into the original series hence the reason I added these...




 
Lastly, a tiny bit of Platinum with these two 1988 1/10 oz Platinum The Australian Koala (BU) in original adjoining capsules...
