EBay pickups in the last several days.  A Silver and two Bronze Victoria Diamond Jubilee Medals.  The Silver Medal is very impressive in hand, 85.7 gram .925 Silver, 55.7mm Diameter.  Pity the proud former owner apparently couldn't resist regularly polishing it instead of leaving it to tone similarly to its Bronze counterparts.  There's a Gold version of this medal.....

Received this today.  At first I was a bit underwhelmed, but the more i hold it, the more it’s growing on me ?.

This 1825 George 1V Gold Sovereign arrived today. Really nice coin.

1885 half sovereign, my first young head.
She's a bit marked but not worn too flat... which is nice.
 

another half 2005, to go with another half and full all proof, not sure why I have this fascination with 2005 same with 2012 probably as they are one off designs and seem to be steadily rising in proof /graded form ?if nothing else its a addition to the stack

Received these today.  Speculative buy and yes, I did pay what I think was silly premium for it!  and bought into the 'scarce' Pobjoy mint Bu Falkland Islands 'Britannia Rules the Waves' ...we'll see in time if this gamble pays off! But I do like the coin so it might cushion the eventual disappointment of its price plummeting!
Another Rocking Horse Crown which was at a very enticing price on eBay.
The star of the show for me today however,  is the bu Netherlands Lion.  What a beauty.
