5 Sovereign, pleasant surprise delivery today from R Mint. I must admit this Sovereign is pretty awesome. I like the way they have given Pistrucci this recognition for his interpretation of the reverse.

At the DNW auction yesterday - a tiny 1.69g bit of very low grade silver. Hopefully get a full Fine grade so it will be going to @Numistacker

2 x 2018 8g Chinese Pandas to be exact.

This is my first gold purchase ever aside from one 1/10 oz Lunar Coin that I bought when I first started stacking silver.

1944 shilling and a couple of .500 6d

An 1897 bullion half sovereign from Atkinsons .

Ordered a 2017 1 oz gold U.S. Buffalo off an eBay special for $20 over spot.  Pretty good premium over spot for a buffalo over here.  I've wanted one for quite a while as I like the design, but the premiums were always higher then I wanted to pay.

Agreed and I would have removed them and put in capsules but I won't be keeping these and thought it might be better to sell on as is.

I wouldn’t mind a suitcase full of cheap and tatty Baird & Co. products 

Finally tracked down a 1904 Half Sov to complete my Edward, London Mint date run.
It's the lowest mintage of the lot and has proved the most difficult to find at a reasonable price.
 

2 x 2018 sovereigns.
I started collecting 2017 sovereigns last year to fill a tube. I am now up to 22 so a few more and tube 1 done! 1 sovereign on its own can be quite boring (IMO) however once you hit 5 the density of the metal is apparent and it becomes a good way to save money without storage issues.
 

I got my first 1g gold bar from Lea79 and a 2oz Lion from Kamikaze.
Really interested what everyone thinks of the bar. At 1g they’re a high premium over spot, but can be resold with that premium - however lots of people don’t seem to like them. Also think the Perth Mint packaging offsets the metal beautifully. The black and gold looks gorgeous and really adds to my enjoyment of the item. Think some other bar manufacturers could up their presentation game! I don’t plan to collect many this size, but they’re relatively cheap and attractive objects.

1893 $10 Gold Liberty BU, although I'd say AU due to the dings.. Good price overall...

Picked these up from the Post Office today .

Hello, a 1992 proof sovereign arrived in the post today. Purchased this one earlier in the week from EBay. Very nice coin. 

After over a decade of stacking I finally have a strategy! Sovereigns and 10oz Beasts only as I think these will be easier to sell when required.
Anyway, 2 x 10oz dragons arrived today thanks to the @BackyardBullion group order which compliment the rest of my 10oz Beast collection - shown next to a 2oz Bull for perspective.
 

Love it. Wish I could afford those larger coins and makes my small collection of QB somewhat pale in comparison. On the plus side, mine are easier to slip into your pocket
