Open it up to check it, try and pull it out.. capsule lid of course isn't screwed on 
Had to fumble and catch the top of the capsule in my finger which put finger prints all inside it, wiped with kitchen towel... bad idea, put fibers all inside it, ending up having to fiddle around wiping the inside with a tip of a rubber glove
All in all opening it up to take a look and f'ing around with the capsule stole 10 minutes of my life
Thankfully the coin looks fine but need to look at it with a loupe

The coin had definite finger marks on it before it went and I would have rated it PR65 at best.

No fingermarks and a PR67 - speechless!

Received today from HGM. As usual, bought them before the recent dip.

Late arrival of the 20% voucher, because I negotiated changing the 2018 sov to get their next bullion Veil Head sovereign that comes available.
In the same shopping cart, to make full use of the voucher, were various silver things. One was this weirdly toned 5 Shillings.
 
 It's all iridescent teal and purple and burgundy in the hand.
 
And my first old Head. After deductions, it cost me £227 total.

 
It's a bit sharper in the hand. My old iPhone doesn't like to gmail me massive pictures.

 
 
 And a bit of bling sterling for under spot too, because why not.

I don't normally buy off eBay due to the amount of fakes,  but this guy looks genuine, he has sold quite a few sovereigns before with good feedback and has quite a few for sale. The Coin looks good, anyone else disagree?
