Yeah I've got a couple of the Proof version as well. Really nice coin. The Kraken one from 2016 is great as well. My lad's always excited to see "silverbug island" when I dig out the treasure as a treat. It puts a grin on the face.
Have you got the Rwanda nautical series? I've the first 4, all have stunning designs but then i do like a nautical themed coin.

We need to go back to production, if we dont we are truly f*cked.
Buying up expensive used cars and insane properties is completely unsustainable. Its getting worse and this "transitory" p*sh is keeping the illusion that its all milk and honey and the price of metals is legitimate. Sick of this zombie economy.
Totally agree with you on this. Erosion of wealthy for the masses with ever increasing controls from our Western Governments, you really couldn't make this stuff up!
What annoys me most is we are told we have wonderful innovation sectors in this Country and then we offshore the production to be stolen...
For those who hated Donald Trump, you can kinda see his point now.
New World order coming controlled by the East, we are walking into a trap.

I did use to have more, but I sold the Rolex Oysters as they were only every right about once every 26 years, assuming 2 seconds per day variance.
A cheap quartz watch is typically about 3 times more accurate, so is right only about once every 104 years, assuming 15 seconds per month variance.
A Very High Precision quartz watch would only be right about once every 3600 years, assuming 5 seconds per annum variance.
My last "smart" watch used to tell me to get up and walk around once an hour, but only if it was on my wrist. It was not smart enough to know if I had it in my pocket.
My new smart watch probably has more functions than Concord has dials and controls.
Statistically, my best watch is the rusty £2 one I got when I was a lad. It doesn't need winding, shaking, or batteries, and it is right twice a day without fail.

What do you call a donkey with 1 eye, a Winky,
What do you call a donkey with only 2 legs, a Wonky.
What do you call a donkey with 1 eye and 2 legs, A Winky, Wonky!
It's not a funny joke but it'll mess with your head for days 😁

Can anybody remember the post at the beginning of the year with our price predictions for silver and gold at the end of 2021. I can't find it anywhere and i would really like to see how close our predictions were.
Anybody else remember it?

The ring for me is unmistakeably silver. Long ring and high pitch. Even a slight tap causes that wonderful beautiful sound. At least that's my take. I know it def. Can't be authentic but I'm about 80 - 90% sure it's silver.
As well as trying the ring test, try the magnet test too! Neodymium Rare Earth Magnet

But do we have any information how much % VAT will be introduced ?
I've only posted what was sent to me via an email from European Mint, only really of interest to our friends over in the EU.

I've just received this email from European Mint with regards to a Law change: Titled: no more VAT free silver in 2022
As expected for many years, due to the pressure from Brussels, the Estonian Government will introduce a new VAT Act amendment in 2022, the new amendment wants to effectively end the VAT-Free Silver, Platinum and Palladium in Estonia.
Estonia is currently the only EU country which has a VAT Act, which legally allows people to buy precious metal coins without VAT, that same law will now come to an end in 2022, and a new more restrictive law will come into place! So much for Brexit being an issue, the EU were onto this anyway!

Selling Silver at spot is like selling a used motor to webuyanycar.com
Days are changing in this field at the moment, secondhand prices from wbac.com, cazoo, motorway have been rising due to lack of new car availability (not very many 71 plate about). Try selling your car if it's 3-5 years old and get a better price privately, all i'll say is it's unlikely.
I sold mine via cazoo and was pleasantly surprised at how hassle free the deal was and the price i got.
Seriously, evaluate each option carefully, wbac even offered me £600 more than cazoo after i sold it, but take into account all fees and quickness of payment.

Brits, i've got the run from '98-'22, 25 coins total and i reckon they are worth £800-£1000 depending on condition, although if you tried to put the set together i would expect it to cost more than £1k.
The '97 was proof only and that coin is worth quite a bit more on it's own.
ps i wouldn't sell mine though unless i got considerably more than £1k and i have no plans to sell currently.
It's my opinion and they are worth what somebody is prepared to pay for them, I'd be interested in any other views.

still voting in Etonians f*cking up the economy with elite racketeering
Hard to argue with this statement...
Yet "Wee Jimmy" will lead you into battle with IndyRef 2 the leader that says "I don't know," "I'm not aware," "I can't remember" and at one point "my memory is vague." I'm hoping she regains her memory and she finds out what happened to the £600k or is it really missing!
The current lot of World leaders leave a lot to be desired, we all deserve better Politicians...here, here!

But, you almost certainly don't pay your share.
You are in Scotland, which is subsidised by the English, so you probably only pay about 90% of your share, and I am paying some of the balance.
I can't wait for English Independence.
Come to think of it, perhaps I ought to stand for Parliamentary election again. 😎
At the very least allow only English MP's to vote on English matters.
As a side note, before Scotland has another indy ref. all terms of the deal need to be fully in place, as stated by "Wee Jimmie" "We didn't know what we were voting for", don't make that mistake again!

I've just spotted the 10oz greyhound isn't showing on the RM web-site anymore. Better keep an eye out for this in the near future and the way silver is dropping in price this may well be the cheapest 10oz QB of the series.
