Thanks yeah looks like a £2k coin at best with the dealers. I thought the lion would be more popular than Griffin and Dragon.

Free bump because these coins are the dogs danglys and I can’t believe they’ve not gone yet. Not an ounce kind of guy (I’m lower leagues) but if I were, these would be 2 of the must haves. Royal Arms at less than 5% over spot…this deserves to go sharpish 👍🏼

They're just stunning coins, I don't have any photography skills other than point at the coin, hold still and press the button. It's a £100 odd quid camera phone

Your pictures are very clear and seem to show up flaws/marks, I know these are bullion but are these just dust and angles due to lighting or are there marks on the coins?

Hi.

I can't see any marks on the coins to the naked eye or the photos. Perhaps you've eaten more carrots than me 😏

In all seriousness though... The photos are taken from different angles with various lighting and zoomed in. The coins are about as good as any bullion gold coins I've seen. Whilst I'm not a numismatist or an expert at grading by any means, I described these as stunning and would call these great condition.

@HeyYouNewbie might be worth speaking to @GoldDiggerDave and or  looking into graded proof coins in the graded section of the forum if these aren't the sort of quality you'd like to have in your collection 👌🏽

I was looking to the right of OZ rim, Unicorn's chest and legs and the Queens cheeks. I am new to this and have just started collecting. I would not know what to expect from a zoomed-in photo. I hope I have not offended you I would never intentionally do so.

Mate one of the blissful joys of bullion is that you do not have to worry about quality issues or contact marks it’s perfectly normal for bullion coins to have contact marks fresh out of the mint, I have been in the bullion room at the RM and the  manufacturing process is quite mechanical, also you have to consider coins are in tubes so contact marks are unavoidable.  Bullion and proof coins are a totally different product. 
 

IMHO the bullion queens beast and the Tudor beast are a fantastic bullion coin to buy, as they will always return a premium.  
 

No issues with asking questions as it’s the only way we learn, we are a great group of people here, yes we  banter and chat away but many of us know the bullion and coin market on a professional level and we will help you along your stacking and numismatic journey.
