Looking to buy a gold coin from this chap but wary of Ebay and dont want to get caught out. Although good feedback etc.

Which coin is it?

Maybe put a wanted post up on here, sure it will be cheaper 🤔

I like to buy the pre-dip dip

Did you work out what % premium that is?

I reckon about 30%, so it's not exactly cheap, or a bargain.

Also, the ones I can read are dated 2019!

There are some Minty ones here:

at lower prices, date "Our choice" I think.

Somebody on TSF might be a better deal for you.

Coins look perfectly fine, but that's currently to expensive for a 1/10th gold britannia ( not the sellers fault as they have eBay fees to pay unfortunately)

Check.. chards/tavex/Atkinsons/ATS first and I expect you to achieve a better price.

Could try messaging them directly….but I would resist and how cheaper more trusted route.

In any case I suspect the seller is GQ Trading. But could be wrong. They seem to sell from various eBay accounts.

That looks as tacky as a £20 hooker that offers an included 3 course meal deal.

You're welcome bud! glad you like it - they might be tiny, but they sure are Shiny!  😁

If you're worried about marking coins, handling by the edges is deemed acceptable generally, and gloves are a good idea - either cotton (keep them well washed) or latex (go for the un-powdered ones) - but it's not that crucial for bullion coins TBF. I have mine in Lighthouse Black Flips, makes them look good, easy to handle them and gives some protection - along with being easy to fit many in a Safe deposit box.... when I have many coins, obviously 😅

Will keep an eye out for your next 'wanted' post & see if I can help 😊 👍
