Sunak asks Royal Mint to create NFT

My first thoughts is this maybe a trial and could be a new version of what is printed on our notes (I promis to pay the bearer the sum). It could work if it's pinned to something like that, otherwise it's just a con.

I'm sure whoever came up with the idea of NFTs wasn't really intending to get the governments seal of approval for them.

There are now cheaper ways of minting one other than the way the royal mint are going to do it. I expect Evey company and institution will eventually do it but can't understand why sunak is involved.

I guess the same way Johnson claims credit for the vaccine rollout, Sunak is claiming credit for this...
