Ordered mine on the 7th August and received today. I used the telephone number to order and had no issues, pleasant conversation etc. did not have much communication through the process since ordering, however I used their live chat box to speak to them and got a reply in seconds advising my order would be with me by the end of the week. Had a text come through yesterday and it's here today! I wouldn't worry, I understand being in no man's land but they should honour your order, as they have mine. It might just take a while to come through which given the feedback before, I expected.

We have contacted admin, we have no idea as to why our location is showing as Spain. We are in fact based in Bournemouth, Dorset. On companies house listed as London for additional help with mail sorting.

The website is still in the process of many updates and can be the reason why this was shown as completed when in fact it had not been. Today I phoned the Buckingham collection to ascertain when dispatch would be, to be told tomorrow,   without asking for order number or anything else !!!!! this sounded suspect !!!!!!

In further communication with the other forum member, who has also parted with hard earned FIAT, found that he to day had the same response. 10 days apart !!!!

Advice please do I need to contact the authorities as this seems suspicious if not nefarious ????

We appreciate you may have been concerned, We are glad you have now received your coin. Although delivery times are faster we are still working within a 7 - 10 working day time frame, as you can imagine order are extremely high at the moment and this is due to the sky rocket prices in Gold. Click your name at the top right of the forum to get the drop down menu.

Click account settings.

On the left click country.

Then you should be able to choose UK on the drop down menu.

Before I go any further, just to say:

a) Yes, I did receive a free Half Sovereign from The Buckingham Collection

b) No, I am not on their payroll, nor am I in anyway involved with this company

I'm not aware of any Silver Forum members who have either not received the coins they ordered or did not receive a refund (please do correct me if I'm wrong on this particular point). 

Whilst their communication side of things really does leave "some room for improvement", and delivery times quoted at the moment can be somewhat "optimistic" to say the least, none of us have been defrauded or have lost out - it's all (eventually!) come good, and those of us who have ordered from this company have benefited from some very competitively priced gold bullion coins.
