Arganto reacted to silvergaga in What happened to Silver and Gold prices last night at 23-36 hours?
Is this what it will look like when the precious metals start their run to da Moon?
Gold £1696,95, silver £20,39 and Gold Dollar price $2198,54, silver $23,36.
Did the bots lose control? Or did the manipulators make a selling killing? While the World was sleeping?
Always at the weekends eh!
Is it a signal to the elites that a seismic change is coming before Xmas?
I will give a 1oz coin to the UK, TSF members who get nearest to the silver and gold spot prices at 10pm Friday 22nd December 2023.
My prices are Gold £1732, Silver £20,82 per troy oz, respectively.
Voting on these prices to win the 1oz coins, for UK members only, will close at 10pm next Friday 8th December, good luck all TSF estimators who enter this competition.

Arganto reacted to sixgun in Roy is no longer the biggest loser on the forum!
i have bought a few proper pirate coins which will have been pricey per ounce but i don't count them in ounces.
i never stress about my coins and bars. i have never sold any, i have no idea what my average price is and i stopped counting how much i have several years ago.
No point really when it was all lost in a tragic boating accident.

Arganto reacted to Roy in Roy is no longer the biggest loser on the forum!
To be fair, the post is a bit disingenuous 😇
Clickbait, if you will.
Like many, I started off with silver and gold soon turned my head. I sold the best of my silver at, perhaps, a small profit and ploughed the money straight into gold, which has performed well, thank God.
But had I kept the silver, that would also have performed well, and I would have had some nice pieces to look at.
What is left is the silver I paid too much for and couldn't possibly recoup at this stage. Patience is required. 🥱
Apologies to the silver stacking fraternity, I am one of you, and I am still the biggest loser!
🥳
I have a QB Completer @ £135 an ounce.
The badge is mine.

Arganto reacted to Zinho in Silver - Royal Mint 1oz & 2oz coins + various bars
Hi all,
I've a variety of bits and pieces for sale, feel free to ask any questions. All purchases to be made via BACS transfer, items can be sent (at cost to buyer) via methods depending on buyers risk tolerance 😄
Given I don't post much (I do lurk a lot however) I realise people will be skeptical here, but willing to listen to how people go about these things with a newbie, i'll take calls or whatever from people.
I digress..
50no. 2019 2oz Yale of Beaufort Queens Beasts, none removed from capsules since purchase from the Royal Mint. Would ideally like to sell in batches of 5/10+ to start with, with a view to separating at a later date if needs be. £65.00 each (deals over 5 coins can be negotiated).
10no. 2021 Britannia - tiniest bits of milking but nothing crazy, haven't been kept in capsules - £250
1kg Royal Mint Silver Bar, sealed - £775.00
Royal Mint 500g Silver Bar, sealed - £400.00
1kg Metalor Silver Bar with COA - £SOLD
My personal favourite, purchased new from BBP (have receipt) - 1kg Prioksky refinery silver bar, really lovely cast on this one - £725.00
It's not milking in the photo, I pulled it all out of the safe and it was freezing cold, it's condensation.
Happy shopping.

Arganto reacted to stackerp5 in Below spot £0.60/g of fine silver, plus post - sterling silver uk coins
Hello TSF, I've got this lot of sterling silver, couple KGs, but I am selling these real cheap below spot to go. The reson these are below spot is because these are really worn/scrap quality 92.5% silver pre 1920 coins, so they are priced under spot to sell.
I've added more coins in better quality to make up more weight in the lot.
Ideal for weight stacking silver for cheap or refining for cheap.
Price per gram of fine silver £0.60/g. Let me know either how much £ you have to buy or how many grams of fine silver you want.
Postage on top regardless of quantity.
Crypto (+1% processing fee), Bank Transfer, Cash accepted.
This is the best price I can do for this lot. Pictures indiciate quality of items. Since these are worn/scrap, flat etc, as per the pictures, I'll be picking a random mix based on weight not on quality.

Arganto got a reaction from MBTPSilver in My silver coin forming a gold patina color!
That doesn't necessarily spread though. If it is a manufacturing issue like borax not being washed off thoroughly then the spotting will only appear where the chemical is/was present. All depends on how it forms in the first place.
