The value of modern silver medals is always on the speculative side.
Higher if you find a dedicated fan, I'd say GBP25 max, that would also include the VAT overhead. But it looks worn out, so maybe less. Stackers like GBP12 to 14, which would be the melt value (about 80% of spot price). Dealers maybe inbetween if they think they have another buyer.
Unless it's a deeply historical or highly collectible piece you'll always have silver spot price in the background. Which also means you can realize more if you wait for a while - silver's not at it's highest at the moment.

I bought some Metalor bars, and want to sell one. I see eBay takes a lot of fees, and saw this forum recommended. So hope to list it shortly.

This was a real serious sentence. Both series are not current. Lunar I do command a high collector's premium, Lunar II are better on that, but the half kilos are few. The Lunar I I can find are at a 250% premium at least, the Lunar II start at 50% but go up quickly to 100%, depending on the dealer...
As been stated, half kilos are the odd one out coin size (the current Lunar III series doesn't even have them anymore). Let us maybe take a step back and ask what do you want them for? Do you want half a kilo of silver? Do you want a sought after collector's piece? And why would you want a coin at that weight? Collectibility? Then stay with one kilos, as half kilos are no standard size and will always be more expensive. What about 10 ouncers?

Personal opinion: everything above one or two ounces is not coin worthy to me. Anything above I would buy as bars (preferably cast) - stacker's perspective.

When I want a vodka, always I am choosing only 500ml, even are plenty of another kilo bottles from most brands.
A half I can manage, a kilo sometimes is too much.😋

I second to avoid buying silver and concentrate on gold. Sovereigns or quarter ounce bullion (Britannia or Queen's Beasts if you can find a cheap one) are the best size to start with. Silver may be nice for speculation, but is better bought on top of a gold basis and with a little experience.

When I'm buy coins in a tube, they stay in a tube. I'm trying to get at least one presentation coin to show around, which I put in a capsule.
When I'm buying single coins I put them in capsules. Except Junk Silver coins, which I like to finger (shut your dirty minds 😁 )
