22nd stated they will post it out that day, however never sent tracking or followed up, yeah i definetly understand situations like this. It can be difficult when emergencies come about, I would have just expected a response. 

I'm sure it will resolve itself and the seller will have a genuine reason. Was it a large amount?  I completely understand your concern/frustration and would have expected a response by now personally.

eBay can be a legitimate place to purchase any item, including PM. Making sweeping statements about if the OP should have bought something like this on eBay is not really the point. That kind of statement you make about eBay can also apply to online stores aswell.
Buying from eBay, means the OP has buyer protection, and if they are doubtful of the genuine nature of the item eBay will make sure the they get their money back.
Online standalone stores aren't as easy to deal with in these situations.

The OP was looking for opinions and assistance, and the majority of TSF members seem to have helped out as best they can, it's upto them what they do now.

@HappyHippo I will be drawing the biggest bar first and then working my way down to the coins drawn last, that way everyone has the best chances to win the big bars with the coins being the true wooden spoon prizes.

Ingredients:
1 lime, cut into wedges
2 teaspoons sugar
2 ounces cachaça
Garnish: lime wheel
Steps:
In a double rocks glass, muddle the lime wedges and sugar.
Fill the glass with ice, pour the cachaça, and stir briefly.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
Easy!
