I’ve been shorting gold at £400 for months now, when do I get my big pay out ?

This thread has gone a tinsy bit quiet of late.

with Boris throwing money around like confetti , along with the uncertainty over the Brexit talks
I can see the pound trading around $1.19 to 1.22, instead of the 1.22 to 1.28 range that it has been stuck in
which should certainly be a positive for Gold in sterling terms

My guess is yes it will break 1450 - why?
 
The EU Meets in mid-July where there will by a bun fight around the bailout that will be in the region of EUR750B to EUR1T.   They won’t be arguing over the size of the bailout / printing, just who has to pay it back....
Yet more printed money, and my guess is that won’t be the end of it for the EU.

I am curious as to how this Masterclass, which started in March, has turned out (as gold is currently $1,742).
I am sure we could set up a Crowd Funding Scheme to cover your losses - or if necessary get the US FED to buy your debt.

Regarding prices, we could be in a period of stagflation where some goods rise, others fall, and some remain unchanged. I think that's where we are now. Airline flights, cruises, restaurants prices, and cars are all cheap, but then food and alcohol is on the rise.

I don't bother with tracking Au in USD, so think the next targets are..... Close above 1400, 1420 and 1450
