    thing is,
NGC reports 22 slabbed 1874 london shield sov
PCGS reports none. Or at least i couldt find any record. Assuming (if) a similar population of 20ish slabbed coins that would make a total of around 40 slabbed coins (and i am exaggerating)
i find quite unlikely that a single dealer is holding 7 of them all together at the same time

Which is why safety deposit boxes are so important!
The more people that know you collect PM’s the more risky it is to keep anything at home.  Particularly safe fitters and insurers…..

Chichester antiques fair had about half a dozen coin dealers last time it was on. Sellers had a mixture of Sovereigns, Gold Coins, proof coins, pre 20, world coins and silver bullion bars and coins.
Mostly antiques and jewellery though as around 60 other traders.

I don't watch much on YouTube, as I am quite selective.
Which YouTubers talk about "bullion trade shows"?
Why don't you ask them which trade shows they are talking about?
You could class the LBMA annual conference as a bullion trade show, although there is no bullion for sale or even on show at these events.
This year I attended it in Lisbon:
    https://www.lbma.org.uk/events/lbma-lppm-precious-metals-conference-2022-lisbon
Next year it will be held in Barcelona Catalonia:
    https://www.lbma.org.uk/events/lbma-lppm-global-precious-metals-conference-2023
The discounted price for early registration is "Launch Sale - Non-Member: €1,475"
The early registration Member price is only €950
It's my guess that none of the YouTubers you have listened to ever attend these LBMA conferences.

'Sultan of Coins': Iranian Police Arrest Man for Hoarding Gold - BBC
    https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-44710012
I have only just seen this article, after I heard something on BBC Radio News about Iranians hoarding gold.
Iranian police have arrested a man they say hoarded two tonnes of gold coins in order to manipulate the local market.
Tehran police chief Gen Hossein Rahimi said the unnamed 58-year-old had used accomplices to collect an estimated 250,000 coins over the past 10 months.
He dubbed him the "Sultan of Coins".
Iranians have been buying up gold coins since the US abandoned a nuclear deal with Iran in May and said it would reimpose sanctions, triggering a fall in the value of the country's currency.
The impact of Iran sanctions - in charts
    Could the Iran deal collapse?
A US dollar was worth about 81,000 rials on the unofficial foreign exchange market on Wednesday, compared with 43,000 rials at the end of 2017.
Two weeks ago, traders at Tehran's Grand Bazaar shuttered their shops and join protests in the capital prompted by the collapse of the rial and rising prices.
Iran's economic problems fuelled similar anti-government demonstrations in provincial cities and towns late December and early January.
Meanwhile I look forward to hearing what today's news snippet was about.

Don’t conflate the mints, totally separate mintages.
The Marsh numbers are based on factors explored here before.  Given the previous versions of Marsh, I doubt this is a typo.

Oddly, the PM is the only Mint I have Silver coins from that don’t have milk spots. This includes a full and complete collection of Kooks (Proof and non Proof), Sydney Olympic full set etc.
    Possibly environmental!

I think the differentiation is that Gold is intrinsically a non interest bearing / dividend bearing asset.  It also does not permit the holder any rights (ability to vote on the direction or a company etc)
Therefore it stores value and nothing else.
    Just my thoughts!
