For me it’s stacking half and full sovereigns. They were minted in the UK, Australia, Canada, South Africa and for one year in India and are still globally recognized. PAMP have producing I mint mark sovereigns for the Indian market since (I think?) 2014 where they have been well received. Also it’s great to have an old bullion sovereign with loads of history behind it.
I have event found a pub in Perth, Western Australia named after the coin.
For lower sized fractional gold your can’t go past Chinese pandas. Love their designs and again a globally recognized.

Two nice bullion sovereigns I picked up from a local dealer today. They are 1910 and 1925. The 1925 is a beauty but  most likely a re-strike.

For something different here is a 1900 Morgan dollar in an NPG(?) holder. Have never heard of NPG.
The coin looks fine in hand, although it may have been dipped, but certainly not the Ms66 as per the holder. I intend to crack out the coin and send it into PCGS to see what they make of it.

@CoinStruck I think the 1925 re strikes are more copper in colour? I know they have a more pronounced rim than the original 1925’s
