  2. Rare 1891 Melbourne Mint Short Tail Sovereign

    This is the extremely rare Short tail version of the 1891M sovereign (unlike the common Long tail version)

    -Marsh no. 135: Rarity rating R5 (5 to 10 examples estimated to have survived) 

    -Only 3 graded examples on NGC

    -This is a bullion example 

    -£475 -> £450 including SD

  3. I have this nice little 1746 "Lima" silver sixpence. Seems in excellent condition and probably gradable?

    Nice story to it too - these were made from silver captured by Admiral Anson from a galleon near Manilla. The Spanish used to sail a fleet from the silver mines in Potosi, Peru, across the Pacific in an annual Spanish silver fleet. Anson brought back so many pieces of eight from the successful raid that they decided to mint special sixpences with "Lima" on them to celebrate the Naval victory!
