First set I've ever seen through, almost sad it's done and I was expecting fireworks or an orchestra to start playing..but nope nothing 🙃 

Superb set. 

So I cancelled my 2 continuity sets I had on order with the mint. I asked about the boxes and she said they are coming with the next release now. I complained about their quality standards and their lack of fulfillment on their sales incentives. Half an hour later I had this sent to me. Such a nice set ruined for me.

Today I received this beauty back from grading courtesy of @CoinsOfTheRealmAuctions. My first time having anything graded so I'm very thankful to COR for such a seamless service. And naturally I'm very happy with the outcome - got to admit I would have been miffed if it hadn't come back a 70 (as snobby as that sounds!)

Today i received a lovely little gold nugget from the auctions last week, along with the super shiny 1oz trafalgar square lion. Both courtesy of @stackerp5. 
Also some fractional silver from an online live sale. 2 1/4 oz noahs arks  2 1/10 oz walking liberties and 2 teeny weenie 1 gram geigers.
Loving this stacking game guys im not gonna lie. I think im hooked!

The brand new 100x1g valcambi and the double sov. The sov's picture hasn't been edited. It is the sheer shiny blinding golden light reflecting off the coin.

My 2oz arrived with the COA for a 1oz 🤯

Was definitely not expecting this, but today I received my first ever 1 kilo silver coin.
My dad knows I am into coins and PM’s and so gave me this for my birthday today. Certainly can’t complain about a gift like this!

Love the weight on this in the hand! My 1oz Kookaburra just pales in comparison to this beauty.

Yes, you are not alone.
Not gonna lie - was really looking forward to the boxes. Have 3 sets of the 1 oz silvers, was going to send two sets off for grading and flog the two spare boxes on fleabay. 
So much for that strategy!
It has taken nearly 12 months to get exactly nowhere with these display boxes. At what point does the royal mint admit they are just not very good at project management?

I completely forgot I subscribed to this series then got the email with the overpriced coin which then apparently will be back down to normal price with a refund issue. Fine, whatever. Now the coins arrive but no box. Am I the only one pissed off about this? I signed up originally with an agreement the box would be received with the second coin. That didn't happen with them citing production delays but it would come with the third coin. That now hasn't happened. Their general sloppyness with pricing and general inability to deliver what they say they are going to deliver are unacceptable. At this point I think I'm up to more negative experiences ordering things from the mint than positive.

Fast becoming my favourite coins.

But....don't let the COA's fool you, they are two different coins. 
The 2 oz Silver Proof had a 1 oz silver proof COA!!!

I do like a fractional Britannia. Another years 1/10oz Pt added for the date run.

Here it is, King George I 1oz Silver Proof Coin. Managed to get all 3 so far in this series. Only another 20+ to go…. 😅

I signed up for the 1oz series.  First 2 were £90, this one is £105 based on the direct debit they have just taken.

Forget the coin, where's the boxes 🤣. I made a deal with myself after the 2nd coin in series. If they are not supplying the boxes on the 3rd coin I'm cancelling the subscription. 😬
