Just in case any of the guys who chose to have their coins graded through Chris and Coins of the Realm are wondering about their status, I enquired and they’re at the ‘Scheduled of Grading’ stage. Likely a while until we know those sweet, sweet grades.

Mine has just been delivered to @CoinsOfTheRealmAuctions ready to go to the grading gods (NGC). I’m very confident it will be well looked after on its international journey.
If you don’t sell for the price you want, then maybe have a rethink 😉.

However, worst case it gets lost and I only get the mint value of the coin back, or go for it and potentially gain x10 times the return. It’s a risk I’m willing to take.
And if it does go well my long term goal is to put it towards a 1937 proof full sovereign.

I’ve declared as the actual value of the coin from the mint rather than the market rate as it’s quite volatile at the moment. But I could be wrong.

I know how you feel and it doesn't help knowing it's going all the way over to America and with a turnaround of at least 2 weeks 😲
But then, when you get it back, the sense of relief!
Then anticipation... what grade did it get... 🧐

I’ve decided to withdraw the offer on the gold, so we can offer the offer to the 4 other premium members who showed interest, this will mean a total of 10x silver coins TSF is covering the grading for
