Possible Die Clash Error (Charles III Silver Britannia)

Just noticed this coin has some sort of defect, what has happened here? Any ideas? Thanks for looking.

Sorry but I thought more was better on the images. Coin has a specific gravity between 10.44 and 10.58.

If it's a Britannia, I wonder if the "hexcurity" feature from the other side of the coin has come through due to a die clash error.

If this is a die clash error, I think it's potentially more exciting than the rotation errors as you can only appreciate the latter if you have the coin in your hand.

At a guess, a cockup in the CAD software - it's the sort of error you get in constructive solid geometry apps.  How nobody in the QA department didn't see this in the dies is anybody's guess.

I'm fairly confident now that this is a die clash error, as you can also see some of the hexcurity features from the reverse die appearing by the eye:

If you overlay the obverse and the horizontally-flipped image of the reverse, it backs up my hypothesis, as the hexcurity features cover all of the affected areas:

So Im guessing there should be some damage to the reverse die in corresponding area?

Not necessarily, and I can't see anything obvious on the coin.
