Not massively, but I do love a bargain. It seems to be essentially 3 "free" proof silver coins

Not when it's £5.50 a pint in the UK!

My next poll...'average cost of pint by area in UK' (new thread of course, sorry TeaTime)

I stay in the sticks where prices almost touch the cities of Scotland. A pint of imported eg moretti is £4.50. I don’t mind this as I don’t go out very often, every weekend would be another matter.
Sticking to the thread, just ordered this set as really like it, cheers forum and OP

Incidentally, I notice the NZ and Aus mints have a proper Troy oz while the “royal mint “ are normal (read less) weight. I am really getting pissed with the mint! Not liked I’ve spent much with them!

That's because the British coin is a £5 / Crown, the dimensions, weight and silver purity of which are specific. The Royal Mint commemorative coins are often Crowns.

Received today. The NZ crown is rather dull and uninspired, the RM crown maybe slightly better but still not the sort of coin you'd spend more than a couple of minutes looking at but the Australian coin is  a work of art.

I can see why the set of 3 at £200 didn't sell out. Happy enough with the three for £92.50 though 😁
