I see today was a huge day in the coin world!

Please share what you all managed to acquire and which one or two are you most looking forward to receiving?

Unfortunately I was unable to take part this time- I’ve just started a new job and this week has been very hectic. Been so busy. Even though I missed out on the good stuff i would love to hear what you guys managed to get. And the stories of any problems with the site of course.
 

I got some cupro nickel £5 because my word, that design is nice.

I kept my choices in the lower price range. Settled for a couple of silver proof and BU 50p's. I'm sure there were many that would've liked the platinum 50p but unfortunately not to be.

I kind of regret overlooking the £5 now though.

I got a good queue position for once, number 300+ , acquired  the Platinum proof 1oz.

Found it difficult navigating the site to find the coins of interest, did not even know there was a gold proof 2oz until one appeared on ebay!!

I managed to get the 5oz coin. Think both designs will look good at this size, and I also picked a piedfort version of both coins

I got the silver proof piedfort 50p but as per my thread, unsure on keeping the order or cancelling. Was an impulse purchase.

I was exceedingly lucky and managed to snag the £5 Gold. Feeling quite smug 😁 after my dismal Gothic Crown attempt.

Only found out about this coin after receiving a email from the royal mint. At that moment the low mintage coins where sold out, I was able to get the £5 Silver Proof Piedfort Coin.

I do like the shield design and I was happy to see a new design on the reverse, instead of the regular portrait!!

Got 3 Silver two coin sets, 2oz, 5oz Silver Proof's Coinster's, The Two Coin 50p Set's are my Favourite.

Was 950 in queue, i got a gold £5 and 50p, silver 1,2 oz and silver 50p! 
was suprised to see gold still available.

i think both designs will do well in the years to come, especially the £5

Think the £5 gold will be a banker for sure
