Morning great coin 300 yrs of banking, I have the same coin, also you probably already know but just in case there is a silver proof coin, as well  pick up one for around £30 with lovely box and certificate goes great with your gold one. ?.

2015 Vera Zanzibar and Niue year of monkey. Really like both these coins, best monkey design Imo. 
1oz privy and 1/2 Oz year of horse. 

The latest 5g Panda Notes from the Nanjing Mint.  This time there are 3 variations.  Normal, coloured and relief.  It's hard to see in pics but in hand, you can clearly see that the pandas are not flat in the relief version.  The same goes for the temple on all the notes.  It's still early days but in a few years I can see these being very impressive.

I have been quietly communicating with @SilverStan over the last month or two regarding a couple of custom made silver orders including boxes and COA as gifts for family. It has been a engaging and fascinating journey and SilverStan has been awesome (and his missus) with their thoughtfulness and commitment to what they do. I haven't seen the finished products yet but will post when I get some pictures.

Like many Forum members - taking the opportunity to pick up shield back gold  sovereigns, with the traditional premium over spot seeming to narrow with the recent upwards trend in spot price.  
Got an 1857 (London) and an 1879 Sydney mint -both Vic Young Head.  Both are in better shape than the only other Vic shield I have - which was an 1872 S from back in March. 
Also a nice little Aussie 1/10th gold 2009, with one of the best Kangaroo BU designs (in my view). 1/10th is as small a coin as I want to get, - I only have either Britannia proofs or these Kangaroo/ nuggets in that fiddly size! 

Thought I could allow the average to increase a bit so bought a 1787 and an 1802 half guinea on Ebay, plus some silver from @barney. Top bloke IMHO.
