  1. I'd relax - it's been half an hour and the website crashed. They will do fine in time.
  2. I asked Pobjoy many years ago for mintage figures relating to Isle of Man coins and was told that the information was not released for commercial reasons.
  3. I also received the third issue on Thursday, returned for a replacement on Friday.
  4. Good delivery bars tend to start at 1000 oz, so that list is pretty much irrelevant to the everyday bullion buyer.
  5. What have the Romans ever done for us? I like this series.
  6. I asked myself the same thing a few days ago after looking through some old messages.
  7. People can afford silver, not gold. I've just ordered one from coin connection, so they must be producing them.
  8. I'm not sure about that - my memory might be playing tricks, but the silver versions seem to have sold out much quicker than any of the previous issues.
  9. If I’d said next Friday, I’d have been spot on. Consistently, if the bad news is very bad, it’s good news for everything except PM’s. US inflation at the top end of expectations, 10 yr treasury note yields above 4%, DOW down 600 points at the open. The banks know more money printing is on the way, buy stocks, sell PM’s.
  10. ‘Banter’ seems to infect every thread now - I find it off putting.
  11. I think it's definitely to confirm that the unlimited memorial coins are now actually limited to those already sold and that everybody who spent Monday moaning about unlimited coins is an idiot. 🙂
  12. The Mint selling bullion sealed in cards is a recent development. Therefore, the vast majority will not be sealed in packaging.
  13. The unlimited versions. No idea what the limited versions will do.
  14. Royal Mint retail prices are not determined by whether or not they are limited coins. The mint price is the mint price, regardless, and the secondary market determines whether or not mintage will influence the ongoing price. None of the unlimited mintage coins will be a lower mintage the limited coins. They will be a good buy if you want one, not if you want to sell one for a profit.
