  1. “You’ll never see *insert price* in your life again”
  2. This is not how the silver squeeze is meant to work 🤣
  3. @CoinsOfTheRealmAuctions I don’t think they are insinuating you allow shill bidding I was under the impression it was another auction house people are speaking about. Also just referring to the comment on facebook that a folder had slipped onto the enter key to keep bidding up an item but then the folder must have slipped off to stop that person from winning the coin in the end.
  4. I feel it could be fixed as well. There are websites where you cannot try and buy things from 2 separate devices under the same IP address. I know they could still get friends to bid but I feel that could help. One website I have used to buy NFTs. I have signed in and joined a queue to buy a pack. I have tried to join this queue again on my phone and it resets the account for both of them. This could be repeated with someone trying to bid on 2 devices.
  5. Hi @Nick1368 thanks for sharing on here. Every time this happens on the coin cabinet auctions I then see posts justifying how these are correct prices and they wont go lower. I then see someone on here or Facebook struggling to sell for half the price sometimes. Three graces was the best example of this.
  6. I would say no to it. I had a conversation at the coin fair about it and I think there is little to no gain for the seller. 1. Accepting monthly instalments, people tend to spend these smaller amounts and at the end have not felt the sale price. 2. This is the main one. It is a great opportunity for a buyer especially in this market over the last year. Prices have continued upwards. So they have took a very low risk option and the reward is great for them. By the time the product is paid for they will have made a good gain potentially. I know this can change at a pin drop but when I have seen these option plans it has usually been when prices are on the rise.
  7. @SilverStormThanks for that info mate I never knew that. Brilliant.
  8. @StackemHigh So any coin you own you can type it in. The only problem you might have is some people don’t delist coins that they have sold. Example. Someone slabs a three graces PF70. Then adds it to their set. You then buy it from them. They need to remove it from their list so you can add it.

  10. Any new members got any full stack photos? I have a fair bit at grading but should be able to get a completed update up by the end of the year
  11. @paul159I would agree just now is not the best time to buy with very high premiums and VAT on top. I would not be looking to blow the 15k on a UK dealer. If this is the path you have researched and think it is best, the best info I could add would be to get yourself premium membership on here. The deals go on here quick but the price on here beats the dealers everyday. If you get premium membership you will be first to see new deals that get offered. This will be the best use of your money.
  12. I would say if you decide to go for the quarter ounce they are also nice but there is no quarter completer. So would it feel complete to you?
  13. This is why a lot of people in the UK are no longer stacking silver.
  14. @BiigTCorrect this set you are buying was released by Alderney mint. If you look at the Queen's portrait you will see it is different from the the Royal mint portrait of the Queen.
  15. @BiigTI see you can still get it raw on BCC website for £1,300. They are trying to sell the set PCGS70 set for £1,950 down from original price of £2,250. I think this set was not helped with the fact that they pre graded 70's. I bought the set raw on release and graded with NGC all three returning as 70's. Future value my thinking: I only managed to get the silver 2oz version from the Royal Mint. Silver is too risky too hold long term on a premium coin like that. So I sold. If I had of got the Royal Mint Gold release then I would not have got this set but I wanted a kind of affordable way to own this design. Will it do well in the future I am not sure but if you do own it and decide to move it on the best time to strike and sell would probably be when the next coin in the series starts getting hyped up early next year. It is a low mintage but the market does not only care about mintage. I would say one of the main factors for releases is: Is it from the Royal Mint? If not the amount of buyers instantly drops off.
  16. I’m just about all out of silver now. Have a few bars left and then its all gold
  17. Mine was 098 if anyone ends up with it
  18. However, for the first piece of your stack you have picked the perfect coin
  19. If bought from the Royal mint it will be supplied in a capsule and usually better quality. Bought from any other dealer it will be supplied in a tube to them so the coins will rub on each other to give some small issues.
  20. @DarkChameleon Cool! Is this silver and enamel?
  21. @Minimalist Glasgow uni didn't do the course. Social science 🤣🤣🤣
