@Paulo I put in a complaint alongside the request for a new set and was told refund was my only option. I have taken the refund as they are a joke but was given no other option and the complaint has not been followed up.

@BackyardBullionDo you know if you can claim that £9 original delivery cost?

@BackyardBullion I didn’t get charged anything for return they gave me label. I thought he meant the £9 for them sending in the first place. I’m not sure if you can even claim that.

@Slam I didn’t and ill just cut my losses on the delivery charge. Won’t be buying silver from them again.

@Roy yep finding this forum while at uni helped to. Some of my mates just started working this year. From many many youtube videos I learned even if someone comes out to a higher salary it is very hard for them to catch you financially.

Just to keep everyone updated- I just checked and have now been fully refunded.

I was in your position 3 years ago when I finished uni. My thoughts were looking at wages and the life I wanted to live one day. I found compound interest videos and saving a bit of each wage puts you well ahead of the crowd. Firstly I picked a job that paid more than most when fresh out of uni, nothing to do with my degree. Everyone else at uni was either out of work for years trying to get a start or being paid pennies at the bottom level of their chosen field. Now i'm 25 and have saved a considerable amount. This is what you should focus on first. Get a job not the dream job. Start stacking the money while you look for the dream job. Don't sit about you will regret it.

I don’t know what i’m waiting for. They have my money. They also have the coins and have updated my closed order with -1 to show 1 return like they usually do. Might phone later because ive had no update.

@CollectorNo1 You are spot on and up until recently I had always steered clear of RM proof silver. Recently with the Three graces I bought I liked the coin and thought if I need to sell easy days. It came and quality was up to scratch as you say lottery system. With this though I know £1,800 is probably not a lot of money to them but to me it is. The fact that most of the coins are ruined as well shows me that there was no checking on these coins at all. Ive boxed mine up for return not interested in exchanging tbh. Wish I could have afforded the gold set.

They have done us truly as well. I was thinking maybe grade my good ones. But who is going to want this s*** unless they can get the full set. I can't exactly go and try get a dragon and bull.

Phone the RM. The only option for this issue is refund as they do not hold back any sets for issues. Going to complain as whenever I buy from here there is issues. So now I have to decide but I think the only option really is to return it. Paying £1,800 for absolute s***.
